Connecting CallHippo with Airtable syncs your contacts and automatically logs every call and SMS into your Airtable base, so your outreach data lives right alongside your records.

Before you begin

  • Who can integrate: any CallHippo user with Owner or Admin access.
  • Permissions needed: Admin rights on both your CallHippo and Airtable accounts.
  • Sync timing: once set up, activity data syncs in real time.
  • Pre-requisite: you must already have a workspace in Airtable.
  • Modules included: Sales CRM → Contacts. CallHippo activities are passed into the Sales CRM app only.

  1. All current and future bases in all current and future workspaces.
  2. All current and future bases in a chosen workspace.
  3. A specific base you have already created.
