Call Tracking Insights is an add-on feature in CallHippo that helps you understand where your inbound calls come from and attribute them to your marketing campaigns.
What Call Tracking Insights Includes
When you enable this feature on your account, you get access to the following two services:
- Incoming call source analytics: Track the origin of your inbound calls with Google Ads and Google Analytics integration, so you can see which campaigns are driving calls.
- Dynamic number insertion: Automatically display different tracking numbers to visitors based on their traffic source, giving you accurate attribution for each channel.
Pricing
The charge to add Call Tracking Insights is $25 per account, per month. This is billed in addition to your existing CallHippo plan.
